At DG, she oversees the client and employee onboarding experiences and designs internal controls and workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy of deliverables. Mary Elizabeth developed and implemented our proprietary Quality Control process featuring a rigorous minimum 24-point monthly review, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in clients’ financial records.

    Outside of work, Mary Elizabeth has a rich background in musical theatre and maintains an encyclopedic knowledge of American musicals. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Gwinnett & North Fulton Counties, acted as President of her daughter’s elementary school PTO, and chaired various fundraisers. She enjoys watching her daughter thrive as a competitive dancer, continuing a family lineage of dance.

  • JoAnn brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership, including senior roles at Anywhere Real Estate, Colgate-Palmolive, and KPMG. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is a licensed New York State Certified Public Accountant (CPA). JoAnn’s expertise spans financial planning and analysis, auditing, and large-scale budget management, supported by a strong foundation in both corporate finance and public accounting.

    In addition to her professional achievements, JoAnn is deeply involved in her community. She has served in various capacities within the Livingston Public School system and is a Sunday School teacher at her church. Through The Griffin Bridges Foundation and Anywhere RE Inc, ACE-ERG (African American and Caribbean Employee Resource Group), she has created collaborations that provide mentorship and networking training sessions for academically gifted but financially challenged inner city male students.
